Finally, you irrevocably waive, and cause to be waived, against Moreplex Inc and its users any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to your User Materials. 16.4 Moreplex Inc suggests that you consult your legal advisor before filing a notice or counter-notice. Also, please be aware that there can be penalties for false claims.
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.
